This compact depository safe is constructed for heavy duty use with a solid-plate steel body and 1/2-inch-thick steel door. Drop slot has a smooth, mailbox-type mechanism with an 11" x 3-1/2" opening. Anti-fish baffle that prevents a common method of stealing contents. When safe door is open, the chrome-plated bolts remain retracted inside the door so that they won't be damaged closing the door. Upon closing fully, the locking bolts automatically extend into the safe body. Lock choices are double-nose dual control key lock, combination lock, or electronic lock (pictured). All locking mechanisms are equipped with a spring-loaded device that disables the safe when an entry is forced.
